TRADE is a business name of ‘Transatlantic & Regional Advice & Development Enterprise’ Ltd. TRADE is the first company in Jamaica dedicated to the business of forming Jamaican Companies. TRADE can provide a Registered office for a newly formed company, be retained as corporate Company Secretary or installed as an experienced shadow Director. The services of TRADE may also be employed to advise and assist company administrations with pre-auditing, for maintaining satisfactory regulatory and filing compliance under the Companies Act 2004.
